Lyla is a 5 year old forward moving registered chestnut mare.
Beautifully natured, affectionate little pony with beautiful conformation.
I bought Lyla for my daughter for her quiet temperament but riding wise they are just not compatible.
As much as the whole family love her my daughter is an extremely nervous rider & given Lylas age & still being a bit green she would be more suited to an experienced confident little rider. In the 12 months we have had her she has mainly been ridden at home. Lunges like a champion. No buck, bite, kick, bolt.
She has been to pony club but not ridden (just for exposure) & will be attending next rally (will be mounted). She has had many beginners on her for led pony rides around our property & has recently spent 4 weeks with a friend whose daughters put some miles under her belt. Been around lots of kids, push bikes, dogs, sheep, motorbikes & earthmoving equipment.
Lyla is great for farrier, dentist, worming, (all up to date) & float, occasionally has days she doesn’t want to be caught but it’s only when paddocked near another horse (easily comes with food). Feet are amazing (trimmed twice per year) Lyla will come with saddle (near new 14” Wintec all purpose saddle I had flocked & fitted to her) bridle & rugs. Only selling to knowledgeable experienced home.
